Unlimited Wash Plans Our Unlimited Wash Plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. Members can wash their vehicle two per day, every day while the membership is active.
Membership Management Your Unlimited Membership will stay active until you request cancellation.
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 business days before your next billing date.
You can manage your membership by visiting a Tidal Wave Car Wash location, through our website [tidalwavecarwashes.com], or by contacting Customer Support at [info@tidalwavecarwashes.com].
Billing The card on file will be charged every month, usually on your enrollment anniversary date.
In case of a failed payment, we may attempt to process the charge again.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations made mid-month.
Cancellation Policy Either you or Tidal Wave Car Washes can cancel the membership at any time, for any reason, by providing notice. Membership is non-transferable between vehicles. If you get a new vehicle, please visit us to update your membership details.
Service Availability Service availability may be affected by weather conditions, maintenance, equipment upgrades, holidays, or unexpected closures. We reserve the right to close any location without prior notice.
Plan Modifications Tidal Wave Car Washes may update or cancel membership plans at any time. If there is a price increase, it will be communicated at least 30 days in advance at the service location or online.
Safety and Restrictions Membership is valid for one registered vehicle only.
Vehicles must comply with Tidal Wave Car Washes’ safety standards Unsafe vehicles or abuse of membership may result in account termination without prior notice.
Communication Consent By providing your details or email, you agree to receive updates and service notifications from Tidal Wave Car Washes. You can unsubscribe anytime by replying “STOP” to a text message or clicking “Unsubscribe” in emails.
